About measures for new coronavirus infectious disease, approach

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.

In addition, we are working to strengthen hygiene in the building to prevent infection and spread of new coronaviruses.
We would like to introduce the initiatives of this facility so that our customers can use them with peace of mind.

[Request to customers]

  • Please refrain from visiting if you have a fever (37.5 degrees or higher) or if you are not feeling well.
  • All employees wear masks. Customers are kindly requested to cooperate with wearing a mask when entering the building.
  • The entrance door is open for ventilation inside the building.
  • When entering the building, please cooperate with disinfecting your hands with alcohol disinfectant.
  • If you are not feeling well due to symptoms such as fever, chills, or coughing while using the facility, please contact a staff member near you.


[Efforts at the front desk]

  • Alcohol disinfection is installed at the entrance.
  • We regularly disinfect front tables, chairs, checkout machines, etc.
  • We are working to prevent infection by installing a splash infection prevention sheet on the front counter.
  • We ask that you secure a physical distance in the building.
  • When entering the building, we will check the health condition (temperature measurement).

[Efforts at dressing rooms and public baths]

  • At the time of cleaning, we use alcohol disinfectant and thoroughly manage hygiene.
  • We limit the number of people who use the sauna to more than usual. (Normally 24 men are reduced to 12 men and 20 women are reduced to 10)
  • Lockers at the dressing room are used at intervals.

[Efforts in public space]

  • The rest space cushions and tables are regularly sterilized with alcohol.
  • Alcohol disinfection is performed at places where customers frequently use (doors, checkout machines, door knobs, buttons in elevators, vending machines, etc.).
  • When cleaning the hall, open the windows to ventilate, use alcohol disinfectant, and thoroughly manage hygiene.
  • The massager is regularly disinfected with alcohol, but when using it, please use the disinfection sheet.
  • The maximum number of passengers in the elevator is limited to four.
  • The use of smoking space is limited to 2 people in each place.

[Relaxation efforts]

  • A splash infection prevention sheet is installed at the relaxation reception.
  • The beds and chairs used by customers are always sterilized with alcohol before they are put into practice.

[Efforts at restaurants]

  • The staff engaged in the service wears a mask and rubber gloves thoroughly.
  • We will guide you with a space between each seat. (We will guide you to reduce the number of seats than usual and secure an interpersonal distance of 1 m or more between groups)
  • We cooperate with the installation of alcohol disinfection and the disinfection of fingers at the entrance of the restaurant.
  • Each table, chair, menu, etc. is disinfected every time it is used.
  • We sterilize and ventilate the store on a regular basis.
  • The drink bar and self-service water and tea cups are replaced with new ones each time you use them.

[About staff]

  • We make sure employees wear masks.
  • Check your health status (fever, vomiting, diarrhea) when you go to work and when you leave, and make sure to fill in the checklist. We are.
  • We have installed alcoholic disinfectants in employee facilities such as entrances, offices, restrooms, lockers, etc. to thoroughly disinfect hands, thoroughly wash hands and gargle.
  • The staff in charge of cooking not only keeps the hand wash and white coat clean, which they do on a daily basis, but also wears hats and masks for cooking.
  • When cleaning the hall, we wash hands, gargle and disinfect fingers before and after cleaning, and change gloves every time.
  • When collecting trash, I wear masks and gloves and always wash my hands after work.
